Ingredients
  • 3 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 6 T cocoa
  • 3 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c water
  • ¾ c oil
  • 4 T vinegar
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Pour into greased 13x9 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees.
