Dressing:
1 lemon (1/2 t zest + 2 T juice)
2 T white wine vinegar
1 T vegetable oil
1 t poppy seeds
1/3 c sugar

Salad:
6 oz baby spinach
1/2 medium cucumber, sliced and halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
8 oz strawberries
almond slivers, browned in pan
